The system consists of an upper computer (or touch screen) and several program control cabinets and power cabinets. 

The upper computer adopts industrial computer (such as Advantech, DIGCOM), which is equipped with CPU, memory, hard disk, floppy drive, communication card, graphics card, etc., and is equipped with operating system and configuration software. the upper computer can be installed in the program control cabinet or on an independent console.

The auxiliary network control system of our company's DZFW series power plants can effectively integrate the distributed auxiliary control systems to achieve the purpose of centralized control.

Ash removal system. 

The main control equipment of ash removal system includes air compressor, coarse ash warehouse, fine ash warehouse, dust collector, mixer, bulk machine, fan and pipeline, pump, valve and so on. 

Slag removal system. 

The main control equipment of the slag removal system includes slag dredger, slag crusher, conveyor, slag storage bin and vertical sewage pump, water pump, concentrator, buffer pool, reservoir and so on.

The boiler feedwater treatment system completes the purification process of natural water sources and ultimately provides desalination that is suitable for boiler use. The main processes include coagulation precipitation, filtration, ion exchange, desalination, and other steps. Equipment generally includes filters, clarifiers, dosing equipment, filters, cation beds, anion beds, mixed beds, water tanks, pumps, fans, acid and alkali storage and metering equipment, etc.

The coal conveying system has many control equipment, complex technological process, bad field environment (dust, humidity, vibration, noise, serious electromagnetic interference), scattered equipment, wide distribution area and long distance.
