等离子体煤粉燃烧器及控制系统是针对电厂燃煤锅炉设计的“无油”点火设备,该系统可应用于燃煤锅炉冷炉点火启动和低负荷稳燃,其核心技术是使用“等离子体火焰”点燃专用煤粉燃烧器的一级导筒中的煤粉、再逐级引燃专用煤粉燃烧器中的全部煤粉,分级放大的火焰喷射进入炉膛内。通过等离子体点火系统,电厂“以煤取代油”可达到锅炉点火启动和低负荷稳燃、建设无燃油电站的目的,显著地降低了初期投资额度和运行成本。

The plasma pulverized coal burner and its control system are "oil-free" ignition equipment designed for coal-fired boilers in power plants. The system can be used for cold furnace ignition and low-load stable combustion of coal-fired boilers. The core technology is to use "plasma flame" to ignite the pulverized coal in the primary guide tube of the special pulverized coal burner, and then ignite all the pulverized coal in the special pulverized coal burner step by step, and the step-by-step enlarged flame is injected into the furnace. Through the plasma ignition system, the power plant "replacing oil with coal" can achieve the purpose of boiler ignition start-up, low-load stable combustion and the construction of fuel-free power station, which significantly reduces the initial investment and operation cost.

在常规燃烧方式中,采用空气提供煤粉燃烧所需氧气。因空气中含有的79%的氮气不但不参与燃烧,还吸收大量热量降低了燃烧区域的温度,同时亦阻碍了氧气向煤粉表面及燃烧产物向外界扩散,使得煤粉着火温度高,燃烧速度受到扩散过程的明显制约。

In the conventional combustion mode, air is used to provide oxygen for pulverized coal combustion. 

Because 79% of the nitrogen in the air not only does not participate in combustion, but also absorbs a large amount of heat to reduce the temperature of the combustion zone, but also hinders the diffusion of oxygen to the surface of pulverized coal and combustion products to the outside world, resulting in a high ignition temperature of pulverized coal. The combustion rate is obviously restricted by the diffusion process.

气泡雾化技术是用气泡爆破来作为雾化的动力,其雾化机理是利用流体力学两相流理论,将低压雾化介质(蒸汽或压缩空气)注入到低压油里面,在一定混合腔内混合,形成油包气的特定流态——气泡流,利用气泡的产生、运动、变形,直至在枪头出口形成气泡内外压力差,通过其压差破坏燃油表面张力,达到燃油雾化的目的。

Bubble atomization technology uses bubble blasting as the power of atomization. Its atomization mechanism is to inject low-pressure atomization medium (steam or compressed air) into low-pressure oil by using the two-phase flow theory of hydrodynamics, and then mix it in a certain mixing chamber to form a specific flow pattern of oil-in-oil gas-bubble flow, making use of the generation, movement and deformation of bubbles until the internal and external pressure difference between bubbles is formed at the exit of the gun head. 

The surface tension of fuel is destroyed by its pressure difference to achieve the purpose of fuel atomization.
