入职要求 onboardingrequirements

1、硕士研究生及以上学历，热能工程、工程热物理、自动化或相关专业毕业。
2、熟悉锅炉燃烧运行过程，数学基础扎实，研究方向涉及人工智能。
3、熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，熟悉数据库开发应用，有良好的编程和文档编写习惯。
4、英语基础扎实，具备外语交流、专业文献翻译等能力。
5、有丰富的科研或工程经历，能独立分析并解决工程实际问题，具备团队合作精神。

1. Master's degree or above, graduated from thermal engineering, engineering thermophysics, automation or related majors.

2. Familiar with the combustion operation process of boilers, with a solid mathematical foundation, and a research direction involving artificial intelligence.

3. Proficient in at least one programming language, familiar with database development applications, and have good programming and document writing habits.

4. A solid foundation in English, with the ability to communicate in foreign languages and translate professional literature.

5. Having rich research or engineering experience, able to independently analyze and solve practical engineering problems, and possessing a spirit of teamwork.
